CLASS DESCRIPTIONS Belt Class (Mon/Thur/Sat/Sun)
Class begins with breathing, stretching and exercise for warm up, followed by kicking drills,
and then on to practing and learning material.
Our goal is to create a supportive and nuturing environment in which students can excel
in their personal goals within martial arts. Beyond that we focus on ensuring that we have a
safe and clean environment with a friendly atmosphere in which students can cultivate new
communities while learning the ancient forms of longevity and self-defense of the Shaolin-Do
We teach adult classes only, minimum age is 13.
Tai Chi/Internal (Sun)
(Open to Everyone!) Tai Chi is excellent for health, relaxation, and longevity. This class
gives the opportunity to learn the internal system of Shaolin-Do to those who are not interested
in the external side.
