Do I need to do anything before coming to a class?
No, please feel welcome to show up to any beginner class. The first class is always free.

What should I wear to my first class?
Please wear some loose fitting clothing that you will be able to move well in.

Should I eat before coming to a class?
No, refrain from eating a couple hours prior to class.

How much do classes cost?
Classes are $60 a month, payable by cash or check. Your first trial class is free. Tai chi only is $40 a month. Kung fu and Tai Chi is $80 a month.

You say you will prorate the first month, what does that mean?
If you were to start on the 15th, then you could just pay $30 for that month, and then pay the normal $60 on the 1st of the following month.

What does a typical class consist of?
We start with 5 mins of breathing/mediation to calm the mind. Followed by 25 mins of conditioning/drills. 25 mins are spent on practicing our Shaolin-Do material. 15 mins on sparring. 20 mins of stretching to end the class.

Will I sweat?
Yes, we keep it nice and warm in our school so muscles stay loose, and you get a better workout.

Do I need to be in good shape before I start?
No, we will get you into shape.

Do we teach kids?
No, our starting age is 13. our average student in 20-40 years old.

What style of Kungfu do you teach?
We teach Shaolin-do as taught by Grandmaster Sin The.
